Kilmak Kilox Pickling
The Pickling sprays removes annealingcolours, welding scale and corrosionproducts, traces of oil and grease fromstainless steel surfaces.
- New recipes considerably prolongthe moist phase so that thepickling spray remain effective
- During the controlled picklingprocess there is little drying.
- At the same time the materialsurfaces are brightened and show abrilliant optical effect.
- The indicator achieves:
- controllable spraying
- reduction of the emission ofpoisonous and nitrous gases
- cleaning of slightly greasysurfaces
- control of reaction (decolorization)
Application and Dosage:
- Clean heavily contaminated andgreasy/oily surfaces before pickling
- Mix the pickling spray before useuntil it is homogenous.
- Add the indicator according toproducer's instructions before useand stir it in carefully.
- Apply the product with the help ofspraying technology (pressurised airsystem, hand spray).
- Rinse thoroughly with a high pressurewater jet after pickling to removeall trace material.
